Stopped in and met the owner and his good looking grill assistants Shep & Wes. :) Enjoyed a wonderful grilled panini made with pimiento cheese & bacon with hot pepper jelly. Took home some hot boiled Cajun peanuts and an imported 6 pack to go. Nothing "tacky" about this place! It's actually named after a special horse breed, the marsh tacky!

Bobby is the best. He is very customer service oriented. He goes out of his way to make sure you like your food. He works hard to make sure your food is fresh and delicious! His grilled donuts are out of this world. The cafe/market has lots of neat selections. We first went a yr ago after he first opened and have been back numerous times since. We are headed that way for breakfast in just a little bit!

Stopped by for soft serve ice cream after dinner at Johnson Creek. Great ice cream and service! Family friendly. Breakfast and lunch menu looked great-- just sorry we didn't make it back to try one!

Sandwiches here are as good as it gets. Fresh and made to order, without the Subway chemical preservatives. Great people, the owners. The store has an amazing variety of stock for a small building. Good luck, and we'll be back soon.

My husband and I stopped in by accident when I saw the sign at the last minute. We were pleasantly surprised with the owner, who was a down to earth guy who obviously enjoyed pleasing people. My husband ordered a club house. (I know.....pretty boring right?) Remember before the days of whimpy two pieces of toast with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham, maybe a tomato and some wilted lettuce? Remember when a club house was stacked high with bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, ham....the type of sandwich that you have to stretch you mouth open as wide as you can to take a bite? Well that's what you should expect here. Generous portions, great conversation about the local area, a fabulous place to explore for little trinkets to bring home and prices that are surprisingly easy on the pocket book. This place has organic and roasted Charleston coffee, the only tea made in America, frozen yogurt, salads, subs and Panini that are priced around the $9 mark (well worth the price) and grilled donuts. Beer wine, propane, charcoal are also sold, along with other gifts like ball caps and souvenirs. Sit down and start a conversation with Billy. He's go a lot to share.
