We celebrated our daughter's engagement with a lovely dinner here. Our server had champagne ready to go as the newly engaged couple arrived, and gave us good attention without being overbearing. He knew his menu well, and made several helpful suggestions on both food and beverages. We had a large party, and he deftly navigated among us all. We spent three hours over dinner, with most of us having the fixed-price menu. Our party all liked the fish and the filet mignon. Each course came at just the right time--so often with a large party it's hard to get all the servings out at the same time, but not here--and the quantities were ample but not overwhelming. This is a high end restaurant that prides itself on "old wine, aged steaks and fresh fish." Everything was good. Finding the valet parking is a bit tricky; use the directions on their website and you'll get there easily.

We loved taking care of the engagement celebration and next on the list can be the wedding at one of our wonderful venues! Hopefully we will celebrate many, many anniversaries with the young couple!

My first day in Greenville I happened upon this place downtown. Even though they had not yet opened the waiter invited me in. I ordered coffee and chatted with him until the kitchen was ready. The Monte Cristo was delightful and truffle fries were memorable also. Located on the river with outdoor seating this is the place for special occasions or a business lunch. He even offered a to go cup of coffee as I left. No complaints and I will return soon.

My wife vacationed in Greenville, SC, and by chance, stumbled upon Larkin's, and decided to have dinner there. We were not disappointed. Food was great, and Ed (I believe that was his name), was very attentive to us the entire evening. Food is pricey, but given the service and great food, should we return to to Greenville, we will make another stop at Larkin's.

We came several years ago and it was ok. Now food is excellent and service was outstanding. I thought the pricing was high but the food definitely was worth it.

While we still have the same Chef that we have always had, we do work hard to constantly improve our restaurant. We are glad you noticed1

Our pre-show dinner at Larkin's was fantastic! Service was perfect and dinner was delicious. Caesar salad was prepared tableside, which we have not seen in years! My husband had steak and said it was tops. The sides are also delish. Excellent wine list also. Can't wait to return when we are in Greenville!! Perfect location when attending show at Peace Center.
