Everything is high in fat if you like that sort of thing. Food not hot and with breakfast, eggs were not cooked to order.

The chicken fried steak knocked my socks off. The best I've had in a long time, maybe ever. Plus they give you so much food!!

This is a Old Country style restaurant with old time store in front. It was busy but the wait (only15 min) went fast because we looked throughout the store of old time candies, toys and other items. The food was great and Terry (our server) was very attentive. Good size portions with reasonable prices. Also, easy on-off from I85.

This is the second time we've placed a to-do order at this restaurant and had problems both times. Both orders resulted in 30+ minute waits AFTER arriving to pick up the order. This was after waiting 15 minutes to go get the food, as we were told over the phone. I was told after arriving, and waiting twenty minutes, that sometimes the order doesn't go to the kitchen until after the payment is processed at the cash register. Huh?? What is the purpose of calling in an order if it doesn't go to the kitchen until the customer comes in to pay for it? Shouldn't the customer be advised of this over the phone rather than being told the order would be ready in fifteen minutes?

In both cases, after the order was finally received, it was wrong. In the most recent case an entire salad along with honey mustard for chicken strips was left off the order.

They all have good food. I like the vegetable soup in particular
I just think the prices are too high for the type of food.
