Located in a mixed use development right on the riverwalk. Convenient to beautiful downtown Greenville, the newly developed Falls Park, and artsy West End boutiques and galleries.

New property (less than a yr old), clean, pleasant staff, a very good value priced business class hotel. Breakfast was better than average for Hampton (always a superior continental breakfast).

The development also has some of the best resteraunts in the city.

We stayed here one night for a quick Labor Day getaway. The location was excellent, in an entertainment area with plenty of shops and restaurants/bars and within short walking distance from the minor league baseball park. Although right in town, it is also on the edge of a senic park with a small river. The room was spacious and spotless with a large bathroom. Some rooms had balconies overlooking the area, but the standard kings do not. A nice design touch was the recessed shelf in the bathroom where the ice bucket, coffee maker and coffee supplies sat. A neat idea for keeping those things from cluttering the sleeping room surfaces. Staff was professional and courteous and the breakfast was the usual Hampton fare. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure.

We have stayed here several times, and have always had a great experience. Fantastic locations--restaurants, bars, baseball park are in close walking distance. The nearby park is great for families. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. Good breakfast, although it can get crowded.

Not a bad hotel and was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend it for family members coming from out of town. Breakfast of course is included and was more than adequate. Not a huge breakfast person. If you want an extensive spread with eggs, bacon, omelets and excreta go out eat somewhere.

The hotel is not huge... but that is not a bad thing. Reminds me of a small European hotel. I felt it really tried to tie into the area. The room numbers had pictures of local landmarks which was cute.

The only thing I found odd was the ceiling are really low in this building. If you are exceptionally tall you might find this a problem.

I found the hotel well decorated and appreciated the little extras, such as Oreo cookies and bottles of water every day.

The balcony rooms are great. Be warned that music events are held downtown and could keep up a light sleeper that goes to bed early.

Rooms are a wee bit little small but huge by European standards. The baclony was great for sitting and enjoying a drink. The room I stayed in had a king and hand plenty of room for two people.

My grandmother appreciated that the shower had a low step in and a sturdy handle.

Very close to many restaurants however downtown eats can be a little pricey. Handi is a great Indian restaurant off of main. Would recommend Bertolo's Pizza (on the other end of main) which is a great little neighborhood pizza joint.

The Lazy Goat is right next to the hotel however I would not recommend it.
