“Good show venue”
Reviewed July 23, 2014

We have attended many events here from Trans Siberian Orchestra, Cirque de Soleil and Monster Jam. We have always had a good experience. Facilities are always clean and most seats offer good vantage points to stage and arena. Food is typical big event food and expense. Definitely prefer seeing events here vs larger metropolitan ares such as Atlanta. Traffic and parking much more manageable here and Greenville is so much nicer for after show dining.

“Good Venue”
Reviewed June 24, 2014

Bi-Low Center (now called Bon Secour Arena) is in the middle of Greenville, SC. Have been there for several shows and concerts. More comfortable than Phillips Arena in Atlanta and much smaller. I have never had a bad seat. Parking can be dicey and food can be expensive...but who goes there to eat?

“Excellent Staff - Except for One”
Reviewed May 16, 2014

I recently attended a WWE show at the Bon Secours Arena and had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent, except for one staff member (Helen) who was so rude that I had to have her call her manager up to speak with me regarding her behavior. Despite her attitude, I can't say enough about the overall quality of the staff. The rest of my visit was great - but I certainly hope that Ms. Helen receives a lesson in how to deal with patrons who attend events at this venue.

“Big place but expensive”
Reviewed May 1, 2014

I liked the seating here for the amount of seats but most chairs were not comfortable. At the end we were able to sit in the padded seats behind the camera and still had full view which was nice. Food is extremely expensive which is normal for a concert but this was a two day seminar. 2oz chicken quesadilla from Qdoba was $6 and that was the total weight. I was very disappointed and still very hungry after. Couldn't wait to leave there and get dinner.

“David Jeremiah”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

Good location for gathering to hear Rev. David Jeremiah, and enjoy the musical talent he brought along. Place was packed, we were running a bit late, but still found good seats. Nothing to impede sight lines. Food/beverages available for purchase. Probably the toughest part of attending any event at St. Frances Bon Secours Wellness Arena (formerly Bi-Lo Center) is parking. You're at the mercy of smaller businesses surrounding the Center, but parking is usually $5 - $10, depending on proximity to the venue. There's also a parking garage, but for some reason, we don't park there! Easy enough to walk from lots around the Arena, plenty of police help crossing busy streets/roadways.
