Love to have Sangria Swirl Margarita's at On the Border whenever near one; so on the way to Atlanta, stopped in for drinks & dinner. Have eaten at this particular one several years ago but feel its gone downhill. It is dark and not real clean; just feels dirty. Service was slow and food was warm not hot. Appeared manager walked thru but didn't stop and ask how things were going. Seated and waited for server for what seemed like ages, then drinks took forever then a different server came to take dinner order. Don't recomend this particular On the Border restaurant.
