Starting with fresh, seasonal ingredients, our chefs transform Southern favorites into something comfortable and fresh. “Overpriced..”
Reviewed November 22, 2011

Defintely do not get the steak. They charge $28 for something you could get at a steak house for half the price The fried gteen tomatoes are okay and the apple fritter tastes homemade. Service okay but slow. Management needs to walk around and talk with its patrons. Left dissapointed. Downtown Greenville is filled with more interesting choices.

“OK, but there are better places to eat Downtown Greenville”
Reviewed November 13, 2011

We heard that Soby's was the place to eat in Greenville. Well, we took a party of 8 and were not very impressed. The food was ok but not that special. We were seated upstairs directly under an air vent. The air was so strong the server could not light a candle for the birthday. We asked to have it turned down but that did not happen. Back to the food . . . small portions . . . very tasty . . . not a very diverse menu, just ok. To sumarize . . . if you want to check them out, don't eat upstairs and don't go to hungry. Next time we'll try another of downtown Greenville's reataurants.

“Excellent food, great ambiance”
Reviewed November 6, 2011

Definitely a nicer place to dine in downtown Greenville. Food prices are not inexpensive but it is VERY good in quality and quantity. Terrific setting in the restaurant with multiple levels in a beautiful old building with a classic warehouse feel but very comfortable. Outdoor seating is available but it is near Main Street so the atmosphere isn't quite as great. Have enjoyed Sunday Brunch there several times and always come away very impressed. Great date night restaurant as well as terrific place to take family or out-of-town guests for a nice Sunday brunch.
