The first plus is if you get peckish at 3pm here's incredible food and drink to satisfy the most discriminating palate, given they are open all day with no break between lunch and dinner. Second plus is location - not only adjacent to the footbridge at Falls Park in downtown Greenville, hence the name, but the patio overlooks the falls with the concomitant mesmerizing roar resulting therefrom. Music is discreet, not overpowering, but wonderful and eclectic, including jazz. Third plus is outstanding food and service that would be a go-to even without the first two pluses. Trey was attentive to my every need but non-intrusive when I was most definitely into experiencing the delights of their menu. Highly recommended - Baked Goat Cheese wrapped in light crispy pastry with blueberry lavender jam and candied walnuts and Mussels Passerelle.with saffron, tomatoes, and espelette pepper. If this sounds like your perfect place it is - run, don't walk, to Passerelle asap.

My wife, sister-in-law, and myself had an enjoyable lunch at the Passerelle French Bistro. (Passerelle means "footbridge" in French) We only had to wait 15 minutes for an outside table even though it was lunchtime on a Saturday. My wife had the Sweet Crepes. She said they were light and very good. My sister-in-law had the Baked Goat Cheese. She loved it! I had the Mussels Passerelle which were wonderful. Our service was very good. We think this restaurant is a great change from the former "Overlook Cafe" which was okay but nothing special. This restaurant would be worth the trip even if it wasn't by the Falls and Liberty Bridge. It was a delightful way to finish our time at Falls Park.

Everything was good, service, food, atmosphere ... what's not to like?

Sat outside and had the mussels basquaise. Mussels were done perfectly, sauce was delicious, and it came with a nice crusty bread.

Waitress did a great job. All in all, a very enjoyable lunch.

I was very disappointed in the Tartine...the prosciutto and Fig preserves were good; however the bread left much to be desired. I had to cut it with a steak knife, because it was too chewy. The drinks pretentious and certainly not special. I waited over 1/2 hour to receive this cold specialty on bread that had not even been grilled...service was good waiter was very pleasant but kitchen needs to get it's act together.
