Description: You wouldn't believe you weren't sitting near the ocean in New England. Located in the heart of downtown Greenville, across from the Peace Center for Performing Arts, everything about Nantucket inspires a feeling of deep satisfaction. Picture rich walnut-stained wood, elegant yet warm lighting, natural earth-tone colors, and the delicate mingling of fine wine, laughter and conversation. Nantucket is that rare destination that is at once relaxing and entertaining...Intimate and open...Romantic and engaging. Long, panoramic windows extend alongside the inviting bar and dining area to afford views of the Village Green and the courtyard patio, complete with a towering, artfully crafted, lighted stone waterfall.

“great enviroment, HORRIBLE food”
Reviewed April 3, 2012

ok, we went to Nantucket last night, and I have had better food at Silverbay. I had the spinach and brie salad and they gave me a tiny sliver of brie; that was the ONLY brie in the salad and brie is is in the title of the salad The dress was to thick and way to sweet for a dressing. I ordered a scallops dish that was tasty, but not fufilling at all for the cost (26), 3 scallops, small chunks of lump crab meat, 3 aparagus spears and drizzle of the sauce. My Hubby had the friend seafood platter(28), the calamari was too chewy, the crabs hushpuppies tasted like breading with dry crab flakes. their oysters where great, the fish was ok, and the shrimp were juicy and flavorful.

they did a good job setting a comfortable, and upscale atomsphere, to bad the food was lacking in the utmost way.

“Great Seafood Grill for Seafood Lovers”

Fine dinning at its best - great food for a modest price. One of the best meals I've had recently - highly recommended.

Actually had read a few reviews that were not that encouraging. Four of us went and all had wonderful meals. The spinach salad was maybe the best I have ever had. The crab cake entree is phenomenal -- way more crab than most restaurants. Highly recommend.

“Good food”
Reviewed March 2, 2012

The atmosphere is strange because it is built into a hotel. It is not as high end as Rick Erwin's Steakhouse (the other restaurant by the same owner). It makes the menu prices seem a little high for the place you are going. The food was good. I would recommend the grits over the hashbrowns if those are your side choices.
