Been here several times. The restaurant is very pleasant. It is spacious and open and decorated with many colorful masks and pottery items. Turns out the owner's sister makes them in Mexico. Some are available for sale, although you have to ask. The entire place is spotlessly clean, which is always a good sign.

The servers are attentive and prompt. You get the free chips and salsa, but at my request, they brought out the really spicy stuff made from green Habaneros. It was wonderful. I had a Mojito that was excellent and very good value.

We ate the fish special and the 3 burritos. They were perfect. The sauce was tasty and the fish was perfectly cooked. This was real Mexican food, not the stuff you get in other 'chain' or typical Mexican restaurants.

There is a full bar in a separate room. Nicely decorated, but not interfering with the main dining room. Apparently they do Mexican karaoke late Saturday evening. That would be fun to see. They have outdoor seating for good weather and will have Mariachis according to the owner in the summer. Kids will probably enjoy this place and the prices are very reasonable for families. Seems to be popular at lunch with local workers and the service is quick and lunch specials are priced right.

Very much enjoyed the food, highly recommend the place and will return.

Great waitstaff and the food is a few notches above standard Mexican fare!

We have eaten at many pseudo-Mexican restaurants in Greenville and been to Mexico numerous times. This restaurant is one of the best in the Upstate. The food is authentic Mexican. Yes, they have the standard Tex-Mex fare if you want it. And the quality of that is even quite good. But they also have the real thing. 3 of us dined recently. We had the pork special, which was excellent. The pork was tender and tasty. We also had a ceviche appetizer and, at our request, they combined shrimp and seafood. It was wonderful and ample for 3 people. We had a fish taco offering and it was fresh fish with soft tortilla and lots of sides. All the ingredients here are fresh. The prices are extremely reasonable and the drinks are good value for money and quite generous. The owners work in the restaurant and the staff is stable, loyal and very helpful. There often seems to be several Mexican families celebrating a special occasion here, so we assume the food must please them, too. Always a good sign. Overall, we give this place at least a 9 out of 10. We hope it lasts and will return often. Highly recommended.
