We were in town for a wedding and decided to stay here rather then spend the $$ downtown. Wow, I was quite impressed. I don't think I've ever encountered such a friendly, accommodating, and generous staff. From the check-in receptionist to the wait staff to housekeeping, everyone was very attentive and were happily ready to serve you.
I would highly recommend this hotel, it's comfortable, clean and has easy access to restaurants, shopping and the highways.

One of the nicest HGI I have stayed at and the restaurant is decent too. You should not be disappointed the place is new, clean, &comfortable. What struck me as different was that my room did not have a tub , but a nice shower only.

Stay at HGIs most everyplace I go & this property was the best one yet. Very spacioue rooms & very well appointed. Large breakfast area & very good sized bar--with very reasonable prices. Service was top notch as is usually an HGI trademark. All around--a very good property. Only drawback is that make sure you request a room on the front of the hotal as the rooms facing the back are literally on I385 which results in a lot of road noise.

Room Tip: Room facing the front of the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel because I was speaking there, and had no choice. What a lovely hotel, new inside, and I've never had any hotel with such accommodating and generous staff. Everyone was happy, kind, and helpful. The food was great in the restaurant, the rooms were clean and ample. I don't understand what the deal is with these adjustable beds, as I can't see how they really adjust, but it was comfortable nonetheless. Great hotel for hosting a meeting. You can't miss. Right across the street from a great outdoor mall with plenty of restaurants and shopping!

Room Tip: Even though I was near the elevator, it was quiet.

Your great experience will start when you check in and Ashley or Heather will greet you with a smile and very helpful "can do" attitude. The rooms are great and the HGI adjustable comfort mattresses rock. The food is excellent and Jill will go above and beyond to make sure everything is great. Business center, pool area and workout room are all perfect. We stay in hotels 5 night a week, 3 weeks per month and wish other hotels would take a clue from this place.

We came to this hotel for a couples getaway and it was an absolutely perfect choice. The hotel was within easy access to tons of shopping and recreational venues. It was a beautiful facility with lovely rooms, including an Adjustable Sleep Number bed and microwave/fridge in every room. Internet access was seamless. And the breakfast buffet was superb. But the best part of the trip was the warm and accommodating staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be booking here again next time we are in Greenville!

I will stay here any time that I am in Greenville. The property is immaculate, all amenities are in the rooms, the pool and workout area are well maintained, but the real standout is the staffing. The food is wonderful, Jill at the lounge does a fantastic job, the chef comes out to check on your dining requests (and adds or changes selections at your request ! How often does that happen?) and checks after service to insure that everything was properly done and presented. I have had dinner in supposedly 4 star restaurants that did not approach the quality of food and service that is presented here. Since I spend about 150 nights a year traveling, this hotel is a very pleasant surprise. Too bad that all Hilton Garden Inns don't meet the level of care and service standards that this property displays to all of its' guests on an everyday basis. Compliments to all of the hotel staff - you guys & girls "Get It!. Well done.
