This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed it.

It was disgusting in the room--mildew in the showers, dried blood on the sheets, dingy carpets---it overall just had a very unclean feeling.

On top of that they had chairs in the lobby with rusty nails sticking out which my boyfriend cut his finger on and the staff did not really care at all. Also, the free breakfast was a joke. They had spoiled milk and when we told them the milk was spoiled the manager said he would take care of it---well sir, how can you take care of it when you didn't ask us which one was spoiled and you have about 8 milks to choose from?

They also had no one monitoring the breakfast bar---there was a guest sticking his hands in the sausage, putting them on his napkin, then sticking them back on the plate. Needless to say we lost our appetite.

They were understaffed and their attitudes were despicable towards guests.
The hotel was absolutely awful---please spend your hard earned paycheck elsewhere as you will be more happy somewhere else closer to downtown.

Room Tip: Don't pick a room by the pool--the pool was supposed to close at 10pm, but there were people propping the door open and running in and out all night.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The walls are thin so you can here your neighbors and the doors aren't flush to the frame so you can hear people in the halls. If you have allergies beware that this hotel uses down bedding and is pet friendly, which I was not aware of. We had to have housekeeping change all bedding at 9 pm and they were very accommodating. Great location and may restaurants are in the area. Their restaurant had a wonderful breakfast buffet. .

I appreciate all the amenties this hotel offers. Free shuttle service, pleasant staff. We enjoyed the spacious accomodations with comfortable couch and kitchenette. Great morning breakfast, convenient small bar with 24 hour food service. Close to the airport, Mall and restaurants.

We stayed 3 nights with 2 adults and 4 kids. The suite was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful. I only wish the pool was a bigger. The hotel is also updated and clean. The location is close to restaurants, Haywood Mall and downtown Greenville.

Spent 5 nights here and WOW. Didn't pay much attentenion to the discription or pictures when booking online. When I arrived, I almost thought I was in the wrong room. Had to look up my reservations and make sure. Bed was ok but my back is picky. Nice large couch to watch a big tv screen. The only two downsides was no microwave and could have had more network channels to watch. Would have been nice to have at least the History Channel. The free breakfast was good with many choices of hot and cold items. They did a pretty good job on keeping up with all the people coming in. The staff always had a smile on their faces.
