The condo was very nice, particularly the master bath. The front desk was not manned until 10AM weekdays. My main gripe is the dryer was vented into the apartment and caused a lot of extra warmth and dust, but at least it had a washer and dryer.
the place was dirty and smelled musty. I swept up a ton of sand from the living room floor. The sliding glass door in the living room was crooked so it wouldn't even close tight and we could hardly get it open then to close it you had to push it from the bottom and it was really hard to close. there is no excuse for this. The door should have been replaced a long time ago! The beds were terrible, way worn out and mattresses stained! Again no excuse for not replacing the beds! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
The resort and unit was in excellent condition. The unit was clean with modern appliances and flat screen televisions with Blu-Ray players on 2 of the 3 televisions. Oh and the view was spectacular! We had a 12th floor unit and the view was awesome. Being able to take the elevator down and a brief 30 second walk you was on the beach. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. 2 gas grills and 1 charcoal were on the side of the resort and very well maintained. Hope to be able to come back here again in the future.
Everything was great, right on the beach, beach front balcony, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, updated kitchen with washer and dryer, need to take your own beach towels, there is a company that rents chairs and umbrellas already there, my only complaint had nothing to do with the condo, we had to be evacuated after only 2 days there because on hurricane Florence.
Good location very family friendly beach. Could add slip resistant mats in the elevators to alleviate wet conditions. Staff responded quickly to temporary television and dryer malfunctions. I would keep this location on our list of RCI considered properties for our 2019 family vacation.
