Stopped for lunch on our way north after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. We were so glad we did. We had shrimp and grits and fried chicken washed down by locally brewed beer. Our waitress, Beth, was wonderful, attentive and funny!

I first ate here about 14 years ago and was surprised to see that it was still open. I suggested it to my family when we were on a trip, and they immediately loved the atmosphere. The kind wait staff, the great food, and the entertain for the kids were just icing on the cake. We got there early and were seated immediately. The place began to fill up fast, so apparently it is still a popular place.

Great band, the littlezippers, but horrible service. Maybe our large table(12?) overwhelmed this (new?) server. We had 7:30 reservations; I left at 9:20 and didn't eat. I thought they might be waiting for everyone to drink, but a couple people had to go to the bar to get a second drink. Yes, some people had appetizers, but the next day the group agreed the band was great fun and the service was terrible.

Visited shortly before my husband passed away. His company had a dinner there. The waiters were all so nice, the food was GREAT and we didn't have to wait forever to be served our dinner which gave us more time to enjoy the company afterwards. Great place to have dinner for large groups these folks know how to get it done !

Dale and his crew work hard to have a menu that is pleasing to everyone. Cooked like you want it and the service is ok. A lot of young staff members slows it down sometimes.
