A living history farm that features life on a southern farm from the early 1900's to the 1950's. You are able to walk the cotton fields, see crops growing, learn how potatoes are stored for the winter above ground, see eggs being gathered from the chicken coop, walk in the barns and meet the farm mule. Products harvested and products made from harvested products are for sale in the store. See the housewife's kitchen and watch her making the noonday meal. You can even pump water from the hand pump just outside the kitchen door. Great experience especially for the children. The attraction is free, but feel free to make a donation. Ground uneven, but limited wheelcchair access available.
