“ok food,but probably want revisit”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

it was our 1st visit to the macaroni grill.thought we'd give it a try.the loaf of bread and dipping oil was really good.the bread has rosemary in it and it really makes it yummy.the ceasar salad was really good too(which by the way you have to pay $3 extra for)it took forever for our main corse to come out and we were only 1 of 5 tables in the whole place.the entree was ok,but some of the spices they use are very strong .our ticket was $62 for just 2(we only got 2 entrees and 2 salads and 2 teas..we both agreed it was ok food but not worthy to return.

“Two times too many!”
Reviewed October 5, 2012

This makes our second time that we have tried eating at Macaroni Grill and have been given false wait times. The first time, we dealt with it and it took about an hour and 20 minutes to get sat.

Last night, we showed up about 7:00 p.m. to have dinner with just my husband and I. There were a couple of other people waiting ahead of us, which was fine. We were given a pager and told it would be about 20 minutes. In the meantime, the restaurant was about half full. The entire left side of the restaurant was empty with the exception of like 2 tables.

After 45 minutes of waiting and watching a couple of other people that came in after us, get their table first, we left. The hostess didn't even bother to apologize or anything like that.

We love Italian food, but would prefer Olive Garden any day even though their food isn't really all that amazing just because of the lack of service. Sorry Macaroni Grill, won't be eating here again anytime soon!

“Great food and service but noisy.”
Reviewed August 2, 2012

My wife and mother in law and I had dinner here. My mother in law uses a walker and the staff were most helpful. Our waiter, Joe even folded up her walker and placed it out of the way after assisting her be seated. He gave us great recommendations and described the selections well. The wait for our food seemed a little long but that may have been because the noise level was quite high. Interestingly, after one of the waiters sang an aria things got considerably quieter. We were seated next to the food preparation area, separated by a short wall which was interesting but contributed to noise with all the cooking and waiters picking up their orders. I'd suggest a table on the other corner of the room. The food was excellent
