“Start of a tradition”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2012

A romantic evening spent with my husband. We have been on a dinner cruse before and enjoyed it. So this might be a start of a tradition for us.
The food was better than average but I have had better, especially for the price. However, when cooking for such a large group of people I am more understanding with the quality suffering a bit in trying to have everyone served at once (main meal).
The view from the upper deck adds to the romance. In the evening the boat passes under the well lit Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge and travels throughout the bay. We had a nice time at a table for two. Private tables cost $25 more but comes with a free dessert for both.
Staff was very friendly. We had another couple get on the wrong boat so our Captain picked them up from another dock so they would not miss out. That was very nice of the Captain to do for them but that shortened out trip to other areas in the bay. Seeing how this cruise was at night and we did not stay on the upper deck the entire time. We didn't know what we were missing so it all worked out. We will return again but we will go during the summer when the nights are long and the sun is setting.

“A must for locals and tourists!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2012

We have taken this dinner cruise almost every year of our 24 years of marriage, for the anniversary of our first date. The food is extremely good, view is incomparable and it's very romantic.

We always pay a little extra to get a table for two by the window. In the past, we have shared a table with strangers and that can be a lot of fun also. We just feel the window table is worth a little extra money.

“Great for groups”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 1, 2012

We were told that the food was very good on the cruise but we had our doubts as food on things like this can be disappointing but we were plesantly surprised by our initial cruise. I then arranged a group cruise for 34 and we had a great time. The food is very good with lots of variety and the group sales staff was very helpful and understanding as we made changes along the way. I really recommend this for individuals and groups for the total experience of cruising the harbor and having a good meal.

4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 17, 2012

Enjoyed my 9yr Anniversary recently on The Dinner cruise. We enjoyed the view The food was ok My husbands salad was missing a few items and my chop was so thick,( I hit the lady next to me trying to cut it). Also if you don't get a private table don't expect too much space I the staff was great and we will return again

“Good food, average entertainment”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 22, 2012

The food was pretty good for a local dinner cruise. We enjoyed a good She Crab Soup though the salad was simple a bag of lettuces and some blue cheese. My entree of Salmon was very good though only slightly warm, nowhere near warm. The entertainment is a DJ who is slightly personable and the dancing is not very inviting.
