The staff was a big help with our order. The 11oz prime rib was great with the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. The Shrimp San Francisco gets a mixed review; the shrimp was great, not too much butter or garlic, but the linguine was overcooked and was lacking something so I used some salt that helped some. This place is set on the end of an old fort and is a very beautiful place. The bar was busy also. Close to the LQ. We will be back.

We were tired from driving all day and we were staying near Ashley Pointe Dr in Charleston. The desk clerk recommended this place and said it was only a 10 minute walk fom the hotel. The walk was around a harbor loaded with boats and yachts, so that was fun. The restaurant is huge and very nicely decorated. We were seated by a window with a great view of the harbor and one of the local inlets. The waiter was really great and patient. I had the house salad with their signature croissant and it was terrific. My entree was the fish of the day and it was prepared well and presented beautifully. My wife had a crab cake and the portion was quite good. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We were a group of six for lunch about 2 p.m. on a week day. Our order was taken promptly, the drinks arrived quickly, as did the onion loaf. Our entrees were another matter. Our waiter told us our meals were "in the window" and would be right out. It was at least another ten minutes before the first meals came out. Our meals were brought out two by two with quite a wait in between. So, those that got their meals first started without the others. Not sure why our waiter didn't get someone to help him deliver the entrees as we saw other servers doing.

The food was good and plentiful. I ordered a pasta dish and ask that it be prepared without the peppers, which it was. Everyone in our group was pleased with their entrees.

It was a beautiful day, and the views of the marina could not be beat.
