Being newbies to Charleston, we knew that the city has great food, but on a Sunday night, we were unsure where to get some! We ventured out from our hotel and just kept walking, checking out the menus posted outside most of the restaurants.
Many of the restaurants were too fancy for our casual attire, or far too expensive for our quick late-night appetites. On top of that, my husband just couldn't nail down what type of food he was hungry for, so we just kept walking! We came upon Sticky Fingers, and one quick look through the window told us we had arrived.
We were seated immediately and while this is part tavern, part restaurant, we were happy with our choice. My husband ordered chicken wings and I had a pulled pork sandwich. The food was good, the service was great, and we left with happy bellies.
This place isn't anything fancy, but it was exactly what we were looking for...comfortable surroundings, tasty and hearty food, warm service.
