We chose Snob for our final night in Charleston. Perfect choice! The food was perfection. I ordered the Stuffed Breast of Quail; it was so delicious. The service was outstanding, too. We loved every aspect of our dining experience.

“Another outstanding experience at S.N.O.B.”
Reviewed October 27, 2013

My family and I have dined here several times before, we have sons attending school in Charleston. I asked the hostess about a walk-up around 6:15 this past Friday night and were thrilled when she explained that three window tables are "saved" for walk-up guests! I left my phone number with her and received a call about ten minutes later. This was shocking among the crowds at restaurants along the way and here at S.N.O.B.
The food was, as usual, stellar. The Pork Belly app and Heirloom Tomato Salad were delicious. for entrees, we had the rack of lamb, swordfish and scallops. The plates left our table clean, it was all delicious and perfectly prepared. Our server, James, was absolutely delightful and spot on in his care of our table and those around us.
Do whatever you have to, when in Charleston, to dine at Slightly North of Broad!

“Excellent food and service ”

An upscale atmosphere with a menu rich with southern specialties. The dishes are prepared with high-quality vegetables and are served in generous portions. The wine offerings are superb. Staff and service are friendly and attentive.

“Excellent food, very good service”
Reviewed October 24, 2013

I didn't realize that Charleston had such good food. In addition to the local shrimp and grits, there are quite a few top-notch restaurants. We had the antelope and duck breast. The duck breast was large and tender. Usually I find duck breast to be a bit chewy but this was the most tender duck breast that I've had. The antelope (from Texas, the duck local) was very tasty also. In Charleston, they seem to to like to tell you where the food is from and that they get a lot of it locally. And apparently the animals have a wonderful happy life right up until the end. And if happy animals are tasty animals, I'm all for it.

“Outstanding!”
Reviewed October 24, 2013

We had dinner at SNOB with a friend who lives in Charleston - she said it was one of the best restaurants in town, and I agree. The room is quite large, well lighted, and not too noisy. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The menu tends toward "low country" cuisine, with lots of seafood choices. The wine list was interesting and fairly priced. Highly recommended.
