“Nice Place for lunch”
Reviewed June 29, 2014

Blossom is just a block from the Straw Market and the waterfront. My husband and I met 4 friends who live in the area for lunch and this was their recommendation and it didn't disappoint. We were seated promptly and since we hadn't seen each other in a while the waitress did not rush us to order our meals after we got a drink. There was outdoor seating but way too humid and hot for that. Our food was fine, all had seafood and my mussels were excellent, but what impressed me was the waitress who could sense we wanted to chatter and did not keep interrupting us plus she asked if we all wanted couples' checks as a courtesy.

Reviewed June 29, 2014 via mobile

had mountain trout - crispy thin skin on the outside, light flavorful meat on the inside that tasted like a brilliant mountain stream - on a bed of jumbo lumb crab mixed with field pea succotash - great combination of flavorss, excellent service - hit the spot! highly recommended!

We were in Charleston and decided to try a new restaurant. We were not disappointed. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. I would definitely return.

“Not Up To Usual”
Reviewed June 18, 2014

We have eaten here several times. This time was not their best. Our food came out cold (pizza) and it was due to sitting on counter too long. They did take it back and redo it for us and did give us a free appetizer. It was disappointing in that they are usually very good and efficient. I will go back and give them another chance.

“Our top dinner destination in Charleston”
Reviewed June 16, 2014

We had three nights out in Charleston, and Blossom was the best of the restaurants. My husband had shrimp and I had scallops served from an iron skillet. Fantastic!
