We enjoyed Five Loaves very much- grateful that they were open until 10 PM and still had everything available on the menu. The butternut squash and goat cheese soup was outstanding and so was the ravioli dish. Food was well seasoned, well presented, and service was pleasant without being obsequious. It's a down-to-earth place and the art work on the walls is interesting and intriguing as are the quotations on the tables where one eats. There was even a quote by Beethoven about only the pure in heart being capable of making a good soup- if so, Five Loaves Cafe qualifies admirably! We have only one peeve which is that they savor the Thanksgiving weekend a little longer and not switch right away (just one day after Thanksgiving) to Christmas music which, based on their selections, was not particularly tuneful or memorable Christmas music at that. Nonetheless, for a great meal at a very reasonable price and for those wanting vegetarian options, we can heartily recommend Five Loaves Cafe.
