OMG, the favors! We had spring vegetable salad and a ricotta on toast topped with flower blossoms. Both were excellent, a new taste with every bite. Entrees were pork and snapper. They sang with flavor. The fish sat on a bed of intensely green vegetables including peas, Limas, green beans and sprouts which tasted awesome! For dessert, the Meyer lemon pudding with sour cherry sauce was one of the happiest tastes I have ever tasted. It included a shortbread cookie with a hint of caraway, adding even more interest to the dish. Second dessert was chocolate cake with mint ice cream that turned out to be spearmint, what a neat surprise. Paired it all with crisp Gruener Veltliner for a truly wonderful meal.
