Had the Heirloom Tart Tartin which was as good as last year, really fab. Gnocchi changed to a sausage flavored ragout that, though tasty was not as luxe as last years rendition. Don't get me wrong, had it had been hotter in temperature, it could have rated as highly as last years dinner -but it was not. 9-vegetable Caesar was good but not exceptional. Pumpkin Swordfish 'Piccata' was really well prepared-ate every bite. The Rapini was a nice match in my book. Bouillabaisse was just delicious, rich and flavorful- and piping hot. Dessert was just Ok, a lemon posset of sorts. They called it a pudding, I think. Wine by the glass is very much drab and overpriced for the pour size. Seems they poured a better glass last year, too. Overall, the service was top notch but I don't appreciate the skimpy wine by the glass. Overall, a step down from last trip. Still a better value than the sister restaurant, The Ordinary for the same $112 per person with the tip.
