“Great Lunch Experience”
Reviewed August 14, 2014

The courtyard was shady with a pleasant breeze despite the August heat. The staff was friendly and our orders were brought to our table in a relatively short time. The Smokey Joe is a great sandwich with a delicious brisket topped with just the right amount of onions, cheese and sauce. This was a nice lunch break in the middle of a busy day.

“Fried Chicken on a Waffle”
Reviewed August 12, 2014

I visited Kitchen 208 for lunch and ordered the Belle Gem sandwich, which features a piece of fried chicken on a waffle with lettuce, tomato, mustard aioli and swiss. This sandwich tasted even better then it sounds, it was delicious.

I appreciate the fact that all sandwiches are offered as a half portion (at a half portion price). It's a nice way to try a new order without going "all in" or breaking the bank.

I will be returning.

“Meh - nice for a fried egg”
Reviewed August 10, 2014

Just breakfast, plain breakfast. Hard to see how they justify the rent. Nothing bad, but really nothing to write home about.

Thanks for taking the time to review your experience at Kitchen 208. I am sorry that you weren't pleased with your breakfast. We would love for you to come back and try our Cobblestone sandwich. This breakfast sandwich includes an egg, candied bacon, arugula, Gruyere cheese and lemon mayo on a benne seed bun. Our guests rave about this.

Sincerely,

“Great Covered Patio Dog Friendly”
Reviewed August 4, 2014 via mobile

Their covered patio was perfect and dog friendly. I highly recommend the Cobblestone. It's one of the better breakfast sandwiches I've had.

“Nothing really special”
Reviewed August 2, 2014

Awesome building, not super family friendly. There are about 4 tables to sit a family. Nothing bad happened, I just wasn't all that impressed.

Thanks for reviewing your experience at Kitchen 208. I’m sorry we didn’t know about your need for a larger table. We are very popular with families and kids. Our outside patio and rear dining room have many tables for 4 to 6 people. If all these tables are full we are always happy to put any available tables together. We do hope that you will visit us again.

Sincerely,
