Staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived and they greeted us. The rooms are very nice. They thought of everything in the room. It was wonderful sitting out on the piazza while it was raining. The bed was super comfortable. You felt as though you lived in Charleston. Close to the main tourist areas yet very quiet in the neighbourhood. We stayed here because of the Conde Nast rating of Hot 100. The magazine was right - the food was amazing - the breakfast was great. We had dinner there two nights it was so good. Wonderful happy hour! Staff super friendly, knowledgable and could not be helpful enough. Definitely the place to stay in Charleston and we will return. While it might seem pricey it is well worth it because you will remember your stay. And that is what counts!
