Trending and comfortable. Loved our stay there. Did the cooking class and loved it. Met great people and the chef was amazing. Enjoyed the wine and cheese. Breakfast very good. It was very clean and very friendly. Stay there.

Room Tip: All rooms good. We had a queen room and it was great.

My wife and our three children (ages 10, 8, and 4) took a trip to Charleston for Easter break and stayed at Zero George. It was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfasts were elegant, generous, and delicious. We sat out on the second floor porch of one of the buildings across their private courtyard enjoying time together while we parents had complementary wine and cheese and the kids had some snacks and natural sodas available all day long from a fridge in the main salon. The $20 daily valet parking is worth it for convenience. We had such a nice time relaxing there with good people, it's our new favorite place to stay in Charleston.

Zero George Street is a small boutique hotel that is comprised of four historical buildings that have been meticulously restored and beautifully decorated in subtle whites and greys. Included in the room rate is a generous European-style breakfast featuring a selection of cheeses, proscuitto, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, hard-boiled eggs and exceptional home-made granola. Complimentary wine and a cheese plate in the late afternoon can be enjoyed in a lovely outdoor courtyard, on the large verandas or indoors in the public living room. The food, decor and service at this hotel is outstanding and factored into making our first visit to Charleston a wonderful experience.

Room Tip: I would suggest a king bedded room. The room size and the bathroom of the queen room is small. Als...

This is a property that "gets it". Great beds, bathrooms, pillows, service, towels and quiet. Patrick was exceptional in the office and very cooperative. The unique structure of four buildings adds to its charm. If you are on the second or third floor be prepared for lots of steps. One problem was finding the property. It is named Zero George Street but is not located at 0 George Street but a few hundred yards away making it difficult to locate if you arrive at night. It is on the corner of East Bay and George. One concern is the breakfast. All cold cereals, fruit, and pedestrian pastries. They have kitchen facilities and need to use them to prepare hot breakfasts. Rooms have great free Internet access and plenty of plugs. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Room Tip: Stay on first floor if you do not want to climb lots of stairs

Zero George is a grouping of tastefully renovated guest rooms in 4 charming single houses. The uniformly young and courteous staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Meredith even ran out to the car park in the rain to look for a misplaced item. The complimentary breakfast and wine with cheeseboard were lovely if a bit repetitive. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to change up the breakfast selection a bit, it was great but if you are staying more than a couple days, it would be nice to have different choices. Our room, the bed and bathroom, the outdoor spaces were all lovely.

Room Tip: We loved ours at the top of the yellow house, zero five

We stayed at Zero George for our first visit to Charleston to celebrate our 25th anniversary and could not have chosen a better luxury B&B to stay at! The room was beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and more than we expected. The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful - Allie and Justin in particular were great - alway there (we wondered if they ever went home), always smiling, and always looking for ways to help. Not only was the breakfast delicious, but the presentation was excellent. Our favorite part of each day was the evening wine happy hour and cheese board; we made a point to not miss this! The wine selection was great and the cheese board delicious. We asked for a different selection of coffee pods for the coffee maker and within an hour they were in our room. I would highly recommend this B&B to everyone; we stayed in C3 in the back and loved the privacy and quiet. We enjoyed Charleston so much that we plan to return and will only stay at Zero George. THANKS SO MUCH ZERO GEORGE!!
