Spending the better part of a week in Charleston, we got to experience fully the glories of low country cooking. The question remained for me: do they do international cuisines well there also?
We had passed CO several times and had decided to lunch there for our last meal in Charleston before getting on our airplane back to NYC. We ordered 2 different kinds of Ramen and each enjoyed ours immensely. Great broth, nice chewy noodles, lots of tasty accessories.
For the flight home, I ordered a Banh Mi. It was great: crunchy baguette, crunchy pickled vegetables, succulent chewy meats. Very very good. Yes, my friends, there is at least one good Asian restaurant in Charleston, and it is CO!
