I went with a dear friend to the Church Street Tour last October. It was a delightful day to tour the selected homes on Church Street. I believe we were able to tour 5 or 6 homes and the same amount of different gardens. One home stood out the most. The home of the author "Catch Me if you Can". It was so much fun exploring the homes and gardens and seeing how the current owners have been sensitive to keep the historical nature of the buildings and original gardens. I received many great ideas from touring the various Charleston Gardens that day and have incorporated several of the ideas in my own garden. I look forward to exploring more homes with a friend this year. (only a few days from now). I recommend to seriously consider joining one of the tours if you have the opportunity.
