This is a very good property to stay in an excellent location in the historical center of Charleston within walking distance of everything. The well furnished units are like townhouses within the main building, so you must be able to navigate stairs to access both sections of the unit. This is not a cookie cutter typical timeshare resort. The building is very historic and unique with a lovely court yard. Request a renovated room for the best possible stay. It is obviously very hot in Charleston in the summertime, and to our delight the air conditioning worked perfect making for very comfortable sleeping. One drawback, no pool available which is unfortunate.
Parking is extra, although if you take a timeshare tour, the fee may be reduced.
We would definitely return to this well managed Festiva property.More
