A group of us stayed in several rooms. Property needs updating, especially ventilation. Moldy and musty in most rooms. If you have allergies, you will have an issue. Breakfast was okay; although, could use more tables.

First of all, we would like to extend our sincere apologies for falling short of your expectations during your recent visit to Charleston - whilst our apologies will regrettably not alter the outcome, we do appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us to identify and address the issues that may have gone unnoticed by our staff and management and to make necessary adjustments.
We strive to provide the very best of both quality of your stay as well as customer service for our guests and the issues you have encountered are clearly not up to our Hilton standards.
We will make sure the problems are addressed as soon as possible with the appropriate parties.

Very nice and quite. Service was excellent. My husband has bad asthma and he always checks the filters in the heating/cooling unit. They were spotless! They were so clean that he doesn't have to worry about having an asthma attack. He even told them at the front desk how pleased and satisfied we were with the room.

Overall there was things we expected: standard hotel room, standard breakfast, pool. We liked tv channel with recent events in Charleston. We did not like sliding doors between bathroom and cabinet. There remain side gaps when the doors are closed.

Beautiful, quiet location. Some staff members need to work on their customer service and welcoming demeanor. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with plenty of seating. Comfortable couches and sitting areas for hanging out and having coffee in the evenings. Great location for going for a morning run or walk through safe neighborhoods with marked trails. Trails through tree covered neighborhoods and marsh areas. Very pretty area.

We came with our team for a baseball tournament. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Room was clean. Pillows were excellent! No microwave in our room but one is available in the breakfast area. Would stay again if we ever visit this area again.
