My wife and I took this tour with Glenn. He took us to 4 different Charleston restaurants focusing on the lowcountry cuisine. Our only regret is having not done this sooner in our trip. It was a great experience for us, and Glenn's expertise in local eateries will definitely help us next time we visit that beautiful city! We will be doing the tour again with other Charleston restaurants.

Had a wonderful tour with Glenn during the Upper King Street Tour. Not only did he share knowledge about the restaurants, but also his experience growing up in Charleston. We started the tour at HoM which was an awesome start. We tried the 3 different dishes that were esquisite. We also stopped at Rue de Jean, Sugar and Virginia's on King. Glenn gave good recomendations on where else to eat and drink during our stay in Charleston. A great way to spend 2.5 hours!

Great tour! Very knowledgeable tour guide, Glenn, as well. We took the mixology tour on our first night in Charleston. Not only did we have fun getting full glass tastings from three bars, but Glenn also shared some other fun facts about the city and gave us tremendous recommendations on other restaurants and bars to try. Overall fun tour!!!

My wife and I have taken a lot of different types of short tours in a lot of cities. Rarely, if ever, do we find ourselves making plans to take one again. The charleston culinarily tour is on the "definitely have to repeat" list. Portions are big and plentiful. Chefs/managers/waitstaff at each restaurant were extremely informative and accommodating. Glenn was one of the best tourgides I have ever had for any tour...period. Don't be skeptical of all the great reviews for this tour, it is that awesome.

Even if you live in Charleston, it's impossible to go to all the great restaurants so this is a fantastic way to sample some and decide where to go for a full meal later on. 3 others & I went on the historic tour and we all loved it. We weren't expecting to get so much food, so we were stuffed by the end of the tour. The 4 restaurants we visited were great. Most of the dishes were top notch (only one real "miss" in our opinion - the banana pudding at 82 Queen). We were all especially impressed with the she-crab soup at 82 Queen and the chocolate orange brownie at Amen St. Our tour guide, Charley, was wonderful - fun and informative. She clearly enjoys her job. I definitely recommend this tour to everyone and look forward to taking the other tours they offer! (already have tickets for a mixology tour)
