“Professional and ... Fun”
Reviewed October 23, 2012

Trip was our guide on the marsh tour. He was very professional and competent, pointing out the many wonderful sights, from dolphins to an American Wood Stork. He set an appropriate pace for our mixed group, and readily answered the many questions. The scenery was wonderful, and this kayak trip was the highlight of a great weekend on Folly Beach.

“Perfect outing”
Reviewed October 14, 2012

Lovely time out on the estuaries learning heaps about everything! Our guided 2 hr trip was absolutely beautiful. I took a SUP ( first time!), and Mom chose a kayak. Will showed us around, and gave us all sorts of info about the birds, fish, islands, and even history and economies of the area. The cool inlets and rivulets were like a maze teeming with ecological bounty, so we were certainly glad to have our well versed and knowledgable host to show us about. The oyster mounds and endangered wood stork sightings, were just two of the highlights. I would definately go back again and bring more members of my family. Thanks COA and Will! You guys are the bomb!

“Well Worth It”
Reviewed October 5, 2012

To start with, this is the least expensive of the kayak rentals around Folly Beach. Trip, our tour guide, was excellent in his knowledge of the eco system and all wildlife. It was a truly a great time for the 3 of us, who had never been in a kayak before. I would rate this as a must do!

“Really enjoyed ourselves on Morris Island Eco Tour!”
Reviewed September 28, 2012

We had a great time....there were two of us on this tour, and it felt like the wild life had been notified in advance to pose for us! We saw well over a dozen dolphins, some of them swimming alongside us within arms reach. The captain was extremely knowledgeable about the bird species, the ecosystems that we were passing through, and the economic activities that took place around the area. The island was pristine, and there were tons of shells that we found. The lighthouse is a really great one for pictures with the surf churning and the dolphins swimming around it. Wonderful tour, great folks, great time!

“Morris Island Eco-Tour”
Reviewed September 26, 2012

We had a great time on this tour. There were 4 of us and Joe was our guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about the ecosystem of the marshes and estuaries, bird life, marine life, etc. We saw many dolphins including a baby learning to do impact fishing. And also many oyster catcher birds (at least, I think that's what they are called). Found lots of sand dollars on Morris Island. It was just a great time all around and Joe was the best! You could tell he was just as excited as we were when we saw the baby dolphin and the whole pod impact fishing. We will definitely return!
