Very small and pretty pricey. Don't expect too much. We were in and out within an hour. Prob won't go more often than every several years and if the kids ask for it.

Love this aquarium and the sea turtle hospital. The volunteers that work there have a lot of passion for the aquarium "residents".

We loved our afternoon at the aquarium. We wandered around from section to section.
We went to Aquarium show a were diver in wet suit was in the giant tank. They had a Q&A session. It was informative and interesting. The staff taught us about the animals housed there. They were fascinating and engaging educators. At 4 pm there was floor show with Pippin the barn owl. That was my personal favorite! She was such a cool owl.The man talking about owls was fun and interactive with the audience. The staff was lovely and kind.Truly southern charm and hospitality at its best.

The day we visited the aquarium there were several children's groups there but everything was well managed and only a little crowded. The exhibits are very well done. We watched a show in the gigantic salt water tank and enjoyed the 'hands on' exhibits. The staff brought out various animals during the time we were there and it was interesting and everyone enjoyed the up close and personal view. There was a Madagascar exhibit while we were there that was fascinating. We also went to the 4D show that was a hoot - although it was apparently a little too intense for one poor little guy. Nice job; entertaining, informative and fun!

We visited this aquarium while in Charleston, although it is geared towards children it was a delightful place to visit. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, it is smaller than some that I have visited elsewhere but still a neat place.
