“very impressive cathederal”

very impressive and thank the lord that it was open. the altar was lovely comparing it to European cathedrals is really apples to oranges. For a city with an impressive history yes, it is what it should be and its really close to beautiful homes and the battery

“Frustrated”
Reviewed October 16, 2013

Based on pictures and comments, really wanted to see the inside. Went by several times during the day and church was not open. In addition, no information about when you could visit other than mass schedule. Understand this is a church, but many other churches in the historic district were open for visitors during the day.

“Beautiful New Style Architecture”
Reviewed October 11, 2013

I say this because this is not a European traditional cathedral, although it does pay homage to those roots and keep to the basics. It's a gem of its own right in the jewel city. The windows, woodwork and apses are wonderfully cathedral in the timeless sense while the facade is imposing and modern in a living ideal. Worth seeing!

“Beautiful”
Reviewed October 7, 2013

I am pretty lucky as i have been to many masses in this beautiful church since I went to school there. It is magnificent on the inside. The architecture and the stained glass windows are some of the most beautiful anywhere. It is nice to just walk in and sit and just enjoy the peacefulness
