Lots of wildlife to see. Gators, turtles, lots of birds. A nice walk on a lovely day. Keep your eyes open for gators though.

Interesting place. We saw lots of gators and even some flowers in bloom. All of the history is well know by the tour guides and they are more than willing to aswer questions. Grass baskets are awesome.

We chose to take the self guided tour of the Audubon Swamp (although a map would have helped). The boardwalk meanders through the swamp. The scenery was beautiful and it was so quiet. We saw a cemetery and a heron rookery. All in all a nice way to spend the morning. A little disappointing that we only saw a few types of birds (no gators, etc.) but it was in the low 50's the morning we were there.

Beautiful scenery - we saw crocs and lots of birds. However, the signs were confusing - we never did find the rookery, and if I hadn't been with my husband (who has a sense of direction) I would have ended up horribly lost. After paying extra for the swamp a map would be greatly appreciated!
