Moe's Downtown Tavern is definitely a younger crowd destination. We came for a meeting which was probably not the best choice. The atmosphere is your typical sports bar with loud music, lots of TVs with various sports events going on. Food is the usual: burgers, wraps, appetizers. We were there on "burger night" so all the burgers were half price. They were excellent. I tried the Black n' Bleu which is usually on the spicy side, but the kitchen staff graciously put the hot seasonings on the side so I could enjoy the burger and blue cheese on its own. My husband and other friends tried the special which was a chicken wrap - all judged quite good. Considering we were there on the early side it was kind of amazing that they were out of so many things. For example they were out of pierogies (really?), Pinot grigio wine (?) and others. Friends also tried the fried mac n' cheese bites and the veggie spring rolls. All good. Another dish sampled was the Polish Kielbasy - another tasty sandwich.
Moe's is a good place to go to hangout with friends and grab a quick bite.

Excellent burgers...to be honest been there many times and all we ever eat is burgers. Great location and a decent happy hour but really one goes for the burgers.

Nothing fancy, just bar food. Nice TV's. Portions were fine, but smelled fishy inside. About what we figured it would be, a less expensive alternative to East Bay restaurants when you just want a burger and fries.

Moe's is a local institution. I have only eaten there at lunch so I can't say what it is like at night. However, their burgers are wonderful. The black and blue is one of the best burgers I have ever had.
