Docents were very friendly and their presentation was practiced. Very rich with history and replete with original furnishings and decor. We very much enjoyed the tour but the questions we asked regarding construction details and other things seemed to side-track and slightly fluster our guide. From a historical and architectural perspective, this is a real gem and the family is to be commended for keeping it up and opening it to tours.
