Needed a bed while traveling in CHS. Found much more than a bed. Room was very clean and well equipped. The staff friendly and courteous and responsive. Highly recommend this as it is a great value to business and family travel. More

Besides the property being clean and nice the staff goes above and beyon. Ms. Pam picked us up from the airport and was an absolute joy. She had a great attitude and was happy to provide all the important information needed for the area. She also stayed past her shift to take us to Jim N' Nicks, which was voted a number one restaurant in Charleston for BBQ. Fred picked us up and he was amazing too. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. The hotel is new in the last 5 years or so, so don't worry about amenities. Focus on the staff and you have an A+ rating! Also, the hotel is walking distance to the Tanger Outlet Mall and many other restaurants. Have Fun, We certainly did. Thanks Pam and Fred!!
Location is great; it's a straight shot - about 15 minutes - to historic downtown. And going north to plantations is easy. Hotel very clean and rooms spacious. Breakfast good and everyone so nice; each employee greeted us as we passed. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again!

Checked in after midnight after a 14 hour drive. The first let down was not a parking spot to be found. The parking but lot was full of construction vehicles. Was told by the desk attendent to park in the Ruby Tuesday lot next door. Would have been wiser for the construction vehicles to park there and have spots open for hotel guests.
The room looked sort of run down, and dirty! There were crumbs on the floor by the bed, and there were a few hairs on the towels in the bathroom. My wife wanted to complain and leave at this time but I was shot after the long drive and left it for the morning. At 2 am she turned the bathroom light on and low and behold there was a large bug on the wall.we checked out at 7am, cancelling the remaining 3 days and complained. Never again.

We loved this hotel. It is either new or newly renovated. Very modern and spotless. The rooms were spacious, including a sofa, desk, fridge and microwave.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I had and important NFL game (really!) to watch late at night after my husband had gone to bed. I asked the front desk if they could tune the giant lobby tv to the game for me and they took care of it. Nobody else seemed to care what was on the tv.
Access off the freeway was great. As a result of that location, it was a 20 minute drive to the center of town - not bad at all. We found an outstanding local seafood restaurant a mile away and a grocery store close by too.
We would stay there again!

Great hotel! Nikki that works with making the breakfast is awesome! She is so friendly & accommodating! Breakfast has so many choices! Who offers white milk, chocolate milk & almond milk! They do!!!! The bedding was so soft & fresh! Clean clean clean!
