The atmosphere is sort of BVI casual. The owner, Pepper, plays bar keep and host. The menu has lots of good dishes and as many specials. Our food was good but took quite awhile in the coming. Our watress was loud, hurried, and could care less about being there. At least she made a habit of being hard to locate as well. I don't know when I have had worse service. I hate to say that because Pepper was just the opposite. While at the bar waiting for a table, he really could not do enough for us. The wine menu is fairly good and priced fairly. There was live music out back but we did not go there. I would go again but if the same group of waitresses are there, I will ask to stay at the bar.
