It was a cloudy day, perfect for walking. Thursday is farmers market. There was baked goods, produce, and food to eat there. Also there was a man playing and singing. We walked all over the old town into shops and art galleries. You can also go to the river. Great time exploring.

We visited Bluffton many years ago on a vacation to HHI, and at that time there was literally nothing there. We were blown away on our visit there this week!!! Approx. a dozen restaurants, a dozen galleries, and a dozen interesting shops to explore! Definitely a very enjoyable day trip from HHI!

Old Town Bluffton has a lot to offer. There are quite a few good restaurants that offer a variety of food choices. I must say just discovered a”quirky” (in a very good way) little donut shop. All donuts are made in house and there’s a variety of delicious offerings.Key Lime,Lemon Meringue and on and on.

This small town is friendly and a pleasure to walk around. There are several good places to eat. And tons of small shops, great place to get local art work

This is a beautiful town with moss adorning all the trees. Lots of art shops all within walking distance. Wear your walking shoes and enjoy strolling through this unique beautiful old town.

Very cute 3 block town full of cute shops and nice Littles restaurants. I enjoyed all the fresh fruit at the farmers market. The general store has a lot of cute items.

We stumbled across this little town and enjoyed walking the streets and stopping at the galleries and the shoppes. We had lunch at the Cottage and loved the food. We walked down to the May River, went in an old church and just loved this little town.

Charm personified. Great shopping, food and drink with A+ atmosphere.....then, there’s the idyllic May River just steps away.

Historic and pleasant for strolling about, eating at nice restaurants, and some shopping. Mostly we just take in the "old days" feel and stroll down towards the river and back.

For all the hype I expected more. A few galleries, a few restaurants, and some odds and ends places here and there. The people are fabulous though. Genuinely nice. Everything closes up by 5pm so do keep that in mind when visiting.
