I'd like to start by saying the hotel entry was pleasant. Jessica at the front desk was friendly and helpful providing information about the area. She was also responsive to our concerns and requests. They wait to check in was long but she maintained a good attitude. The location was good with easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc.Unfortunately the accolades stop there.
Upon entering our room it appeared that one of the beds was not freshly made. The counter in the bathroom behind the faucet was not thoroughly cleaned and it was dusty in the room. We ran out of toilet paper. The fitness center was archaic and potentially hazardous. The equipment was rusty and the room smelled like mildew. The carpets in the hallway need to be cleaned and the mirror near the elevator on the 4th floor was useless as it was way too high for a women of average height.
On the day of check out I realized money had been stolen from me. It was tucked away in a drawer under some shopping bags so the culprit had to have been pilfering through my belongings. When I shared this as I was departing I was told little could be done since I didn't use the safe . Would you stay here?? You decide!More
