This is Beaufort's first "Mongolian Grill" Those familiar with the concept from other cities will feel at home. The price is reasonable, you get a salad and either one bowl of ingredients for $7.95 or as many as you want for two dollars more. The ingredients include beef, chicken and shrimp as well as a good selection of vegetables which you select from a sort of salad bar and take to the chefs at the grill who will cook your selection for you adding your choice of rice, fried or steamed, or noodles. The waitress brings you your cooked order. One bowl will certainly satisfy most normal appetites, adolescent boys might go for a second one. Only open about a week, the "So Hot" doesn't have a license to serve beer or wine.
I hope they do well, I'll be a regular. The address is 2121 Boundary Street in a shopping center.
