We had a dinner for just one night, but it was more than enough to realize that it was a really great restaurant. The setting was calm and quiet with our table overlooking the hotel's big swimming pool. The service was excellent.
The starter was a Caprese-like salad with small juicy little cherry tomatoes and a huge creamy piece of Italian buffalo buratta, with fresh basil and raspberry vinegar. Original and tasty.
The first main was the slowly roasted young goat with summer vegetables stew and yogurt with cumin. It was an excellent cut and incredibly delicious, don't miss it.
The second main was seafood linguini pasta. It had a rich, fresh tomato sauce with added rosemary and lemon zest which gave it a very special and irresistible taste, Simply put, best seafood linguini I have ever tasted for years. Price was a liitle high, but it deserved it.
