I have visited this site twice this month, once for lunch and once for an afternoon cocktail. The lunch was wonderful especially seated at a table overlooking the beautiful pond adjacent to this property. The service could not have been any better. The servers and staff saw to our every need. The food was creative and quite good. Our dessert, orange/amaretto rice pudding, was excellent as well. When stopping for an afternoon cocktail we were directed by the hostess to the upper deck on the hotel to sit and enjoy the view of the pond on a fabulous fall afternoon. We didn't want to leave. Drinks were pricey I will say, but the atmosphere almost made up for the sticker shock.
