It was our first trip to Watch Hill, RI and we were told that we had to stop by the Ocean House hotel and at the very least have a meal at the restaurant. We stopped by on July 6th to see the incredible view from the property and decided to wait for a table on the first come first serve veranda. Once seated, we had an amazing view of the ocean! The meal was very good but a little pricey. The wait staff was very pleasant and accomodating. As dusk approached, the bugs were biting, but a small price to pay for the view and the food! We'll be back and next time even stay at the hotel.

Recently attending a Sunday Brunch at The Ocean House in Watch Hill, RI. This was our second visit there since the entire historic complex was rebult a few years ago. Both of our visits included all food stations, crepe station and raw bar with one served entree from the menu. Every food item was first rate. May be a bit pricy at $54 pp however well worth it. The views high above the Atlantic is fabulous. Service was excellent. Our server was well versed in the history of the property. Access to walk the beach from the hotel / restaurant is restricted during the summer season as it is blocked off to anyone other that members or hotel guests. There is valet parking only and the attendant refused a tip. He said it was gratis. Just a great place when you wish to impress your friends.

We went for the brunch on a Sunday. The cost is $55 per person and includes unlimited sparkling wine. The food was great, everything from oysters to eggs and pulled pork panini. Grilled scallops were perfect. Wait staff was attentive and very polite. We sat outside with a view of the entire south coast of RI. Will definitely go again.

We enjoyed delicious Bloody marys and tapas at Ocean House in Watch Hill, RI on the veranda overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It was one of the highlights of our weeklong girls trip to Rhode island. Both of the servers we had were so friendly and attentive.

We are so glad you and your friends enjoyed your visit to Rhode Island. Our Verandah is a very popular spot in the summer with its great food, raw bar and amazing views – it’s a ‘must visit’ if you’re in the area. We hope you will join us again soon.
