“Poor Management”
Reviewed May 11, 2013

Our party of five walked in at 11:30pm on a Saturday night to enjoy a cocktail. The manager greeted us by rudely asking if we were going to the bar. A simple "Welcome to Iron Works Tavern" would have been more appropriate. The initial bar area that he tried to direct us to was very crowded so we headed towards one of the adjoining restaurant tables. The manager told us that we could not sit there. His reason was, "We're setting up for Mother's Day." We then walked around to the other side of the bar to search for seats.

We found a round high top with no seats around it. The five of us surrounded the table. We figured we would just stand with our drinks. Almost immediately a worker came over and said, "Sorry, I need your table" and just picked it up and took it away. We immediately headed for the exit door and WILL NEVER RETURN!!!

“Great Place, Great Atmosphere!”
Reviewed May 9, 2013

We came in from out of town and immediately fell in love with this place. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was great, and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is fantastic and we absolutely loved the upstairs function rooms. A definite "must go"

“Must Go”

Ask for Chris and get ready for a great dinning experience. Don't think you are going to see the standard bar menu. I highly recommend the Sea Food Caserole. Be prepared for lots of people. There is an obvious reason.

“Great Food and Great Beer”
Reviewed April 26, 2013

As far as Warwick is concerned I'm not sure you can do better than the Iron Works Tavern. The staff was great, food was incredibly tasty, and there was an abundance of local (and some non-local) craft beers to choose from.

All in all its good food, ambiance, and beer at a reasonable price.
