My family and I stayed here for one night while beginning our trip to Martha's Vineyard. I choose it based on proximity to the Martha's Vineyard Fast Ferry at Quonset Point. What a pleasant surprise. Not only was Megan at the front deck so helpful and welcoming...she set up our shuttle for the next morning to take us to the ferry. The driver was outside waiting for us promptly at 8:15 am. Megan also referred us to a restaurant for dinner and we had a great time. The hotel rooms are very clean with all updated carpets and linens.
When we checked out the next morning, they were also nice to us and we grabbed some breakfast from the buffet.
Great place...will stay there every time we go to Martha's Vineyard.

My friends and I stayed in the Marriot Townesuite in North Kingstown in late August. I had a single room and it was just luxurious. It had a huge queen sized bed, and a fully stocked kitchenette with all necessary utensils, etc. The complimentary breakfast was more than I'd expected. There was a warm entree every morning, western omelettes one day, cheese omelettes the next, etc. There was also a do it yourself waffle machine every morning, as well as the standard fare of yogurt, bagels, muffins, juice, etc. The tv remote was easy to use - unlike some hotels where you need to ask someone to come up and explain how to use.
The room was immaculate and quiet. I couldn't hear any noises from adjacent or upper floor rooms. There were no disturbing outside noises either. There's a large market across the road where you can stock up on food and prepare meals in your room, just leave the dishes in the dishwasher, and when there's a full load - housekeeping will run the dishwasher. There's a great restaurant Sonoma, just about 5 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. My friends loved the pool, I just didn't have the time/energy to give it a try.

This place was built in 2011. And you can tell it's well maintained.
Typical continental breakfast. Maybe even a bit better than some. The space isn't much so got very crowded in the AM. Coffee ran out a few times but was tended to quickly.
Room VERY clean and spacious with frig, 2 burner stove, micro, dishes, etc.
Stayed just one night but was a GREAT value.
People helpful.
Good central location to URI, I-95, and beaches.

Room Tip: Go early to not have to wait for breakfast

Great place to stay if you want to see Newport, but don't have a Vanderbilt budget. It's an easy 20 minute drive to Newport from the hotel. Includes free WiFi & self-serve breakfast. Just a block off Post Road (Route 1) so the location is good. The North Kingstown area has a lot of good restaurants within a 10 minute drive of the hotel. Definitely recommended.

It is a very nice hotel and suited my needs as a vacationer desiring to have a slightly upgraded room from the norm away from the hustle and bustle of local tourist destinations. Where the hotel falls short is in its upkeep.

Room Tip: There are only 8 2 queen studio rooms in this property, so book early enough if this is the room typ...

Stayed here a 2nd time while attending the Newport Jazz Festival (much better weather this year!). This time we stayed in a studio suite with a king bed. The bedroom area was actually a little smaller than a typical hotel room. I would strongly discourage using this room type for 3 people. If the sofa bed is pulled out it will come right up to the end of the bed. For 2 people it was fine.
I did appreciate the in room kitchen with a full size fridge. It allowed for a relaxed dinner in for tired travelers and an easy breakfast. I would've liked an oven of some sort, even a toaster oven. I suppose it's a fire hazard. The ice maker in the freezer is kind of loud so make sure you turn it off before going to sleep. The bed was comfy and the bathroom wasn't tiny. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible. I brushed my teeth in the kitchen. The shower pressure fluctuated randomly.
While the location is not pretty, it is very convenient.

Room Tip: Studio suites would be uncomfortable with more than 2 people. Make sure to turn off the ice maker wh...

The hotel is located of a highway and easy to find .
We booked a suite and figure it will be roomy
We got in to the hotel to find out that what they call
A studio suite is smaller then regular standard room in most hotels
The fold out sofa is opened and connect to the king bed .make it impossible to move in the room .
Having a small tiny kitchen in the entrance doesn't make it a suite ...
Or does it ...?
It does have a breakfast in the morning and also an indoor pool
Which is also very small .
My recommendation if u travel with kids look somewhere else .
