“Great hidden gem!”
Reviewed August 7, 2013

I lived in Narragansett for years and have visted almost weekly ever since and am so impressed by this new restaurant. We were vacationing for the week and had already visited our old staples like Charlie O's and George's. we were all craving Italian and decided to try somewhere new. This place did not disappoint. The portions are crazy, especially the GIANT meatballs! Chicken carbonara was fantastic. Service was great! Server even offered up a better wine when we ordered the apothic red blend. He gave us the steakhouse Cabernet and it was great! Definitely not your typical beach atmosphere, very art-centric but it was refreshing and with the quality and quantity of the food it made it all worth it. Two thumbs up! Will definitely visit again :)!

“Enormous portions great quality”
Reviewed July 30, 2013 via mobile

Downtown Narragansett is pretty dead these days but happened on this excellent restaurant, my only complaint there was too much food. Not open for lunch which makes sense as there is nothing else around. Hopefully they can survive but unless someone fills Belmonts old space and other empty lots, it will be a struggle. Good luck guys !

Amazing food! Friendliest service of anywhere we have been. We were treated so well and the service was exceptional. Best dessert I have ever had the banana split cake!!! Unreal!!!

“Soho is so-so”
Reviewed May 31, 2013 via mobile

Fri eve and place was 1/2 full. Caesar salad was bland and no anchovies available. Bread and garlic olive oil great. My Cod Toscana was overcooked. Risotto and beans were OK. Noisy tot at the next table was a distraction as well as the loud music. Wife's overstuffed flounder was bony. Nice friendly staff. I have higher expectations for fish dinner from The Ocean State.

“Generous Plate”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

As soon as we entered we were given a warm welcome and made to feel comfortable. We went to celebrate our anniversary and it was a good choice. But we didn't like that the Specials of the night were listed without a price on the menu. It made us feel uncomfortable having to ask how much each dinner cost, and they were pricey. My husband ordered from the regular menu and had the pasta with garlic and olive oil. He wanted it with shrimp and the waitress asked him "how many?" He found this to be very odd, but when we got the bill we saw that they charge for each shrimp! However, the dish was delicious. I ordered the stuffed peppers with risotto and that too was delicious. The waitress even gave us 2 biscotti as a treat but we couldn't even finish the dinners because there was so much food. Everything was nice except for the way they price the food.
