I went here after a coworker recommended it to me as a nice day hike. There are several trails to choose from, ranging from 0.5-1.0 mile in length. They all loop back around to the beginning. This is a very rocky, and sometimes steep hike. The actual chasm portion is quite rocky. This requires proper hiking shoes or very supportive sneakers that have a good tread. You could just do the chasm portion and turn around to go back if you are not keen on continuing on. I did the Forest Rd Trail which was 0.5 miles. It was over 80 degrees outside and boy, i got a workout! It was great fun! You pay to park. A day pass is $5 for MA plates, $10 for out of state plates. They will ticket cars who did not pay. There is a visitor center with clean bathrooms. There is a playground for children and multiple picnic tables, some are under shaded structures. I definitely recommend going here for a nice day adventure.

Definitely eye candy. Off the beaten path, overlooks second beach and not far from Easton’s beach. Small parking lot and short hike to bridge that overlooks chasm and further on to beach.

Off the beaten path but do make an effort to find it. Small parking lot and a short walk to some of the best views in the area, Split rock with ocean going through-cross the small bridge for the view.

I heard about this hike on local pages and was expecting something more. It was nice, peaceful, but not more than 1/2 hour of time spent there.

Amazing geological area. We walked down the trail to the ocean and viewed the chasm from above. Will be following up for more information on the internet.
